Died estate administration: The following documents and forms must be submitted to the Master of the Supreme Court and submitted in order to appoint an executor:
• ID
• Death certificate
• Death notice
• Acceptance of executor hood
• Property inventory
• Latest valid testament
• Affidavit by family member if customer died intestate (without testament).
The following documents must be provided to the designated executor:
• Prenuptial contract
• Act of deeds of divorce
• Transfer papers
• Vehicle registration documents
• Share certificates
• Deposits of fixed deposits
• Leases
• Life, retirement and retirement annuity contracts
• Account of regular doctor
• Payroll or employment contract
• Medical Fond Card
• Income tax return
• Recent service account - Telephone account - Municipal account
• Unused checkbook
• savings accounts
• Credit and debit cards
• Short-term schedule
• All outstanding accounts
• Any correspondence regarding financial interests of deceased
• purchase and sale agreements - business agreements
• valuations of property for income tax executor: Determined by regulations as follows:
• Executor's fee / remuneration 3.5% calculated on gross estate plus VAT
• Revenue recovery fee: 6% calculated on all values after death
